The conditions of the Manual Handling Regulations prompted Ryders to apply their 40 years of winch
supply knowledge to the mechanisation of lifting goods into and out of commercial delivery vehicles.

The result has been the development of in-vehicle loading systems for a wide variety of
vehicles-from Ford Transit sized vans to articulated trailers
The use of these in-vehicle loading systems mans that goods can now be handled
efficiently and more importantly safely.

 Single driver/operator loading/unloading of vehicles can be achieved using the latest
technologies including programmable radio remote control.
Ryders are constantly adapting these loading systems to meet customers varied requirements
that may be for rear or side loading, or possibly both.
